How do I create an account?

Click the "My Account/Order Status" link at the bottom of our site or "Sign-In" at the top right hand side of our site

Select "Continue" under "New Customer".

Enter your email address and chosen password.

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the "My Account/Order Status" link at the bottom of our site or "Sign-In" at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

I forgot my password.

Click the "My Account" link at the bottom of our site or "Sign-In" at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?". That link will take you to a page asking you to confirm the email address used to create your Byourbed account. Once confirmed, our system will send an email to you with your password.

How do I return my product.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact B your bed at [email protected] or (888)-859-0757 within 5 days of receiving the product.

What is your return policy?

When will my order ship?

Click the "Sign-In" link at the top right hand side of our site or the "My Account/Order Status" at the bottom center of our page to check your order status. Once you are in your Byourbed account, you will be able to choose "Review Orders/Track Packages." This section will give you up to the minute information on your order status.

You will receive an email that says your order has shipped, and it will include your tracking number if available. PLEASE NOTE: This email is separate from the initial email you will receive that confirms your order was placed.

Orders ship from Byourbed's warehouse within 1 business day of your order being placed. Please see each individual item's page on the site for more information on how quickly that item will ship out. In the rare case of an item not shipping within 1 business day, it is a custom-made item or is experiencing very high demand.
