Return Policy
Byourbed® provides you with a PREPAID, emailed Return Label. Opt-in Free Returns are available at checkout, or a flat rate return fee of $20.00 per box will be applied when generating a return label.
Once you receive your emailed Return Label, simply print it out, place it on your box (over the old shipping label), and take the package to your nearest participating carrier location (UPS or FedEx).
Once Byourbed receives your package, we will process your return and you'll receive a refund, store credit, or exchange depending on your selection when generating your return label.
Returns under 30 days receive Refunds to the original form of payment.
Returns over 30 days and under 60 days receive Byourbed Store Credit (never expires). The 30 day and 60 day time frames span from the date you received your order to the date it arrives back to us.
